This is the home of a soon-to-be formed First Lego League team for homeschoolers in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Please check back often for updates on events and meeting times.
The team is not official, and at present, we have a number of interested families, but no firm decisions have been made. If your child age 9-14 is interested in joining, and you have not already contacted me, please let me know by commenting below, or emailing me.
We are currently looking for a coach or mentor. I will be attending the August 8th meeting of the Vancouver Robotics Club in search of a coach/mentor, and will post again after the meeting.
If you have experience in robotics, and you are interested in mentoring a group of really keen children, PLEASE comment or let me know!

ReplyDeleteAt present, I do not have plans to form a Junior First Lego League. If you have the time and energy, you may want to consider starting one up.
If you are a homeschooler, I recommend posting your query to the HS-Van email list. Chances are that you'll have several families interested in joining you.
